Repairs

We offer repair services for private customers throughout Belgium. Our service is simple, transparent, and reliable.

• Appliances are always collected from the customer
• After diagnosis, you receive a clear price estimate
• Repairs are only carried out after your approval
• We aim for the lowest possible repair cost without compromising quality

The price for collection and diagnosis is €100 incl. VAT. If the appliance can be easily repaired within the scope of this diagnosis and without replacement parts, it is included in this price.

If you decide not to have the appliance repaired but still wish to have it returned, we charge a transport fee of €35 incl. VAT.

We will contact you after the diagnosis to inform you of the total repair cost. You then decide whether you wish to have the appliance repaired.
